He has supported Defence capability for over 40 years. His expertise has underpinned critical strategic thinking that has established infrastructure projects of national significance across all domains.
His detailed knowledge of the Defence estate and capabilities has significantly influenced major disposition decisions.

Adrian is a Director of Power Initiatives.
He has a legal background, and specialises in procurement, commercial advisory, and project management. He has worked extensively with Government and private clients to plan, develop and deliver complex infrastructure works.
Adrian has personally led capital facilities projects in excess of $700m in the Defence domain, and supported major State Government investments through feasibility studies, business cases, and project establishment and delivery.
Adrian has also supported the delivery of major health and social infrastructure projects in a range of capacities, and helped frame city and urban renewal investments.

Luis is an Associate Director of Power Initiatives.
He specialises in digital, and has led the digital transformation of major commercial and Government creative institutions in Australia.
Luis specialises in digital asset management. He has specified, procured and managed enterprise data management platforms, complex data migration to and from cloud-based production environments, and rationalised digital platforms and enabling hardware.
His expertise extends to solving complex Defence strategic planning challenges by leveraging data analysis tools, simulation development, and bespoke digital solutions.
